Arlo was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in August 2024. Prior to this, Arlo practiced in New Zealand as an employed barrister at a criminal defence firm for two years. In this role she represented clients from first appearances and bail applications to sentencings and trials on a range of offences including traffic matters, assault and sexual assault, domestic violence, drug charges and dishonesty offending. Since joining Cridland and Hua Lawyers, Arlo has regularly appeared in the Magistrates and District Court on a variety of matters.

Arlo goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients feel supported and understand the legal process. She has a compassionate approach which reflects her understanding of the emotional challenges her clients often face. This empathy, combined with thorough preparation, allows her to effectively advocate for her clients and achieve favourable outcomes.
